Walk (Book in Progress)

My personal philosophy and framework for living with purpose. Walk started as a daily writing exercise to organize my thoughts. Compiling years of journal entries, it shows the way I reflect, evaluate, grow, and stay aligned with who I am becoming. This is a lifelong project that I plan on holding onto and releasing only when the time is right.

A fun NFL project that blends creativity, stats, humor, and community. It is one of the ways I express my creative energy outside of personal development work. Learn more. 

Straight to MVP (AI and Tools)

I've built small automations and experiments that help improve workflows and solve everyday problems. Straight to MVP is my side hustle, where I create these solutions for others. These projects include CRMs, websites, web apps, and AI workflows. Learn more. 

Music/Art Involvements

I have played guitar, created digital artwork, and wrote music in former bands including Play the Hero and A Reckless Moment. Music will always be a passion, even though I am no longer actively performing or involved in the St Louis music scene. I also created an original lyric video for my fiancé for our 5 year anniversary.
